I acquired my contractor's license in 2012. My wife, Lindsay, is from England, and we have 2 children. My hobbies are reading, tennis & anything outdoors! Our Staff
I oversee the day-to-day operations of the office like answering phones, assisting clients & ensuring agents are up to date with their contracts. I also process agent commission payouts and handle the financial side of the firm.
I oversee the sales teams by training, educating, & well-equipping agents to serve our clients by instilling the knowledge to keep them updated & informed on the ever-changing market.
I manage the day to day operations of the Company by training the staff and well equipping them with the tools to take care of our clients & fulfilling their needs.
I handle the marketing for all social media platforms, answer phones, prepare listing documents for the agents, & make sure all listings are active in the MLS. I update our listing clients weekly giving them feedback from other agents & clients.
I take care of the client once an offer is accepted. I prepare documents for the agents, ensure pending transactions are current, and make it to the closing table. I update the clients on a weekly basis with any updates necessary.
